I prioritize sourcing materials from local suppliers and American manufacturers whenever possible, using premium materials such as carbon fiber, stainless steel, 5052 aluminum, cold-rolled steel, and Grade 8 hardware.

Every in-house manufactured part begins as a concept sketch or hand-made template, which is then developed into a precise CAD design. Components are CNC-cut on our 4' x 8' router table or laser-cut by trusted local partners before being carefully hand-formed, fabricated, and TIG welded in-house using specialized metalworking equipment.
